Sesquicentennial Beard Contest

Saturday, December 2, 2023 - during Prosperity’s Holiday Shoppers Walk.

Contest to be held on the Main Stage at 3:30 p.m. 

Contestants will compete in 5 categories listed below

 

  • Category #1: Majestic Styled Mustache – Only mustaches are judged.
     

  • Category #2: Hedge Trimmer Best Trimmed beard shorter than six (6) inches measured from bottom lip to the end of the longest follicle that hangs naturally, i.e., not stretched.
     

  • Category #3: Stubbles Partial beard; goatee; chops; anything less than a full beard. Uniqueness.
     

  • Category #4: Long John Full natural beards, over six (6) inches long measured from bottom lip to the end of the longest follicle that hangs naturally, i.e., not stretched.
     

  • Category #5: Overall Crowd Favorite. The Crowed chooses its favorite overall by applause.
