Sponsored by the Prosperity Business Association, our community yard sale is held on the first Saturday of each month beginning in April until October  in the Grace Street Public Parking Lot.  To sell, there is a $5 rental space fee and an additional $5.00 for a table.  There are twenty four spaces available to rent on a first come, first served basis.  Local vegetables are sold in season.  Local crafters and plant growers are also present.
