2013 PROSPERITY'S HOPPIN' PAGEANT APPLICATION

Started in 2001, Prosperity's Hoppin' celebrates our community and the great people who live in and around our beautiful town.  The festival has partnered with Artist  and Antiquers to create a festival that offers something for everyone. 

Prosperity's Hoppin' with Arts and Antiques  is a full day festival beginning with a Community Yard Sale / Prosperity Market in the Grace Street Parking Lot and 5K Run that begins at Town Center.  The festival continues with a juried art show where working artist show off their talent as well as offer art for sale in the Downtown Square, Depot, and Frog Level Art Center located within walking distance on  Hwy 391.  The day continues with live performing artist on Main Street and in the Square along with antique vendors who are welcoming you to enjoy interesting finds. 

The festivities continue at Town Center where the Prosperity Business Association invites you to join them for a frogleg dinner beginning at 6pm. Grilled Chicken and chicken strips will also be available for sale.  Also to entertain you will be local artist, a karaoke open mic and lots of fun and rides for the kids.  A live Band will take the stage at 8pm and play until 11pm.
